Dr. Kristy Meeler CEPA®
Dr. Kristy Meeler is a trusted advisor to affluent families, high achieving women, and business owners navigating the complexities of wealth and transition. With over two decades of experience and a doctorate in economics from the University of Georgia—where she focused on Corporate Finance, Investments, and Economics—Kristy provides expert guidance grounded in analytical depth and delivered with a highly personal touch.
Her advisory career began at a boutique investment consulting firm in Athens, Georgia, where she quickly advanced to Director of Private Wealth Consulting, advising clients with portfolios exceeding $1 million. Kristy also served in a leadership role at a Fortune 500 company, overseeing and developing licensed financial professionals. Today, she partners directly with clients—especially women navigating the sale of a business—to help them clarify their goals, align their wealth with their values, and move forward with confidence.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Kristy integrates business strategy with holistic financial planning and is dedicated to helping entrepreneurs unlock business value while aligning exit strategies with family, lifestyle, and legacy goals. Her consultative approach integrates investment planning, tax efficiency, philanthropic intent, and family wealth transfer, delivering a virtual family office experience with warmth and discretion.
Now based in Charlotte, North Carolina after relocating from Jacksonville, Florida to be closer to family, Kristy enjoys exploring the region’s mountains and waterfalls. She’s an active weightlifter (mostly for strong bones and a little vanity), an enthusiastic cycle class participant, and a passionate lifelong learner. Her free time is often filled with books, garden beds, great friends and lively conversations.
Kristy holds the FINRA Series 7, 66, and 24 registrations with LPL Financial.
